We're currently seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our amazing team.

Details of the Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity:

• Startdate:As soon as Credentialed
• 1099 position (must have your own liability and TAIL insurance)
• Pay rate: $240/hr
• Full Time Shifts: M, 7a-7p, 7p-7a, T-F 7a-7p, 7p-7a

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Emergency Medicine Doctor :

• Assess patients that enter the emergency room immediately and oversee emergency patient's recovery
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor the patient's condition
• Request the appropriate medical tests and based on them, follow a treatment plan
• Develop effective patient care plans
• Refer patients to the appropriate specialists
• Ensure that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation
• Provide instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork
• Maintain the patient's medical records

Qualifications of the Emergency Medicine Doctor :

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school.
• Board certified in Emergency medicine
• Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration, for prescription writing.
• 2 years of recent experience in Emergency Medicine
• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
