Clinic Director - Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to lead and grow a patient-centered outpatient clinic. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who values one-on-one care, professional growth, and collaboration. While prior leadership experience is not required, this role offers the opportunity to oversee and mentor new team members while working closely with hands-on clinic owners.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $100,000 annually for Clinic Director
- Up to $95,000 annually for Physical Therapist
- Full compensation guaranteed , regardless of caseload volume
- Monthly and quarterly performance-based bonuses (developed collaboratively)
- Profit sharing beginning in Year 2
- Medical insurance available after 30 days
- Supplemental dental and vision insurance
- 401(k) with up to 4% employer match (employee contributions begin after 30 days; employer match begins after 1 year)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks (15 business days)
- 5 paid holidays annually
- Unlimited continuing education support - $2,500 Per Year
- Remote mentorship and collaboration with fellow Physical Therapist
- Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care in 60-minute treatment sessions, with a gradual transition to 40-minute sessions as the clinic grows (maximum of 12 patients per day)
- Oversee onboarding, training, and mentorship of new physical therapy staff
- Collaborate with clinic owners on marketing, advertising, and community outreach initiatives
- Participate in clinic growth strategy, performance initiatives, and team development
- Utilize the EMR system Prompt for documentation
- Deliver care across service offerings including orthopedics, balance, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation (based on clinician comfort and expertise)
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skills
- Interest in contributing to clinic growth and community engagement
Work Environment
- One-on-one patient care model
- Hands-on clinic owners with strong marketing and business backgrounds
- Owners manage scheduling, billing, and marketing operations
- A Client Care Specialist will be hired shortly after clinic opening to support front-office operations
- Patient population and age ranges tailored to therapist comfort and expertise
