About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Verona, NJ. As a Family Medicine Physician at Vanguard Medical Group, your role goes beyond diagnosing and treating medical conditions. You will play a key role in delivering compassionate care, promoting preventive health measures, and positively impacting the community's overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose patients' conditions.
• Patient Information Management: Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports.
• Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Effective Patient Communication: Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care.
• Health Promotion: Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being.
• Collaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate healthcare activities with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Possess board certification in Family Medicine.
• Medical License: Hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey.
