Farmer Brothers’ Revive Service & Restoration team ensures coffee and tea equipment is installed correctly, maintained proactively, and restored quickly when issues arise. If you take pride in precise workmanship, clear communication, and reliable follow-through, this role is for you.

Role Snapshot

• Hands-on field work installing, repairing, removing, and commissioning beverage dispensing systems.
• Balanced mix of preventive maintenance, surveys, new installs, and urgent service calls.
• Ownership of documentation, including detailed call notes, invoice completeness, and required customer signatures.
• Van stock and parts stewardship following replenishment standards.
• Collaboration on installation planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Consistent customer updates and timely feedback to management and cross-functional teams.
• Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and effective task prioritization.

Schedule & Travel

• Core hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-call rotation: after-hours and weekends
• Coverage area: Approximately 100-mile driving radius; occasional regional travel

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical/technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently and travel within a 100+ mile radius.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electromechanical equipment.

Preferred Background

• Foodservice industry experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and use of a multimeter/tech meters.
