Job Overview:

Provide support to the clinical staff by assisting with patient visits. Direct patient flow in and out of the exam rooms, taking patient vital signs and communicating with clinical staff about pt readiness for visit. Maintain stock in exam rooms, work with administrative staff to ensure supplies are maintained and ordered as needed. Assistant administrative staff as necessary to meet patient needs.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be a certified Medical Assistant
• Certified Phlebotomist
• BLS

Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):

• Full-Time
• Day
• 8:00-5:00

Essential Functions:

• Manages patient flow throughout the pediatric center
• Assists the clinical staff in providing technical aspects of patient care under the direction of the clinical team
• Assists the clinical and administrative staff in clerical functions in support of patient care
• Assures that office and clinical supplies are ordered and well stocked
• Maintains a well-stocked and organized clinical area
