Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders

• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients

• Provide direct therapy services to clients, including one-on-one and group sessions

• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs to ensure quality of care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, including assessment, treatment planning, and data collection

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate: $75 - $100 per hour
