The Real Estate Paralegal will work with the firm's attorneys in real estate transactions, land use development and other matter.
The Real Estate Paralegal will also assist attorneys in producing documents and correspondence by preparing formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics via correspondence and/or e-mails; initiating telecommunications; organizing client meetings or conference calls; scheduling couriers, meetings and the preparation of documents.
Skills/Qualifications:
Successful candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in a law firm doing similar work. They must be dependable and professional, possess computer skills to accomplish the foregoing and have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be experienced in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Adobe & Centerbase. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
