Assembles minor products or components with a small number of details within routine and highly repetitive assembly operations. Typically works at a workbench or on a conveyer line. Common tasks include checking sorting packaging labeling pasting sniping tying or trimming either manually or by machine. Performs basic equipment adjustments routine maintenance and cleaning. May perform miscellaneous jobs such as moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision. Typical job titles include: General Labor Machine Operator Maker/Packer Assembler and Line Operator.

3rd Shift Accuclave Tier 1 (M-F 11:30pm-8:00am)

Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the setup and operation of Accuclave-related equipment including coilers resistance welders skinners shrink machines loopers and crimpers.

Skills & Experience

• Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Previous wire and cable experience is a plus
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean organized and debris-free workspace always.
• Ensure all aisles and walkways remain clear to support safe evacuation and emergency access.
• Maintain a professional respectful and considerate demeanor while interacting with coworkers and supervisors.
• Promptly report all safety issues hazards or concerns to the MCL Supervisor and/or Foreman.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production safety and quality goals.
• Understand and follow all quality setup and job sheet instructions to ensure accurate production.
• Minimize scrap and material waste throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain established quality standards and objectives and actively support the implementation of the Total Quality Control (TQC) program.

Pay Range

$18.00-$21.00
