The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Manager- Commercial Insurance Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Commercial Insurance Operations Manager (CIOM) is a senior level role which is responsible for the overall client experience retention and ongoing partnership development of a defined client addition to account revenue retention and client experience the CIOM will own the responsibility to continue to identify strategic savings opportunities related to the clients overall corporate strategy.

  • Maintain ultimate accountability for the client relationship including retention and satisfaction by engaging relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting on new business opportunities and existing account growth to support leadership in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct insurance coverage reviews for both new and existing clients and provide recommendations.
  • Assisting in negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Perform detailed coverage analysis and make informed recommendations on placements.
  • Lead the client service team on deliverables. Monitor the delivery of promised services.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key insurance market partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert providing strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain and develop a rapport with key market relationships.
  • Support the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in developing marketing campaigns and sales materials related to insurance products.
  • Educate the internal team on insurance topics and support post implementation.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education certifications or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 2 years experience including 0 - 1 years at a leadership level
  • A thorough understanding of the fleet management industry and Holmans products and services is preferred.
  • Holman Client facing or Account Management experience 1 years
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $105050.00 - $149700.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
