Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in driving digital transformation within the supply chain. This position emphasizes ERP system optimization, data analytics, and integration of advanced IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to automate workflows, improve data integrity, and support predictive analytics for procurement and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP system configuration, integration, and optimization for supply chain modules.
• Develop automated dashboards and predictive analytics using BI tools.
• Manage data control for supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support IT-driven projects that bridge the ERP with internal/external platforms to automate cross-functional workflows and eliminate data silos.
• Generate advanced reports from ERP and SQL databases to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in implementing automation tools to streamline procurement and planning processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis with strong IT and ERP expertise.
• Proven proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Syspro) and database management (SQL).
• Experience with BI tools and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with API integrations, EDI transactions, and cloud-based supply chain platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
