Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bayonne, NJ

Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks out with 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods while providing quality time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our fleet is designed for comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Benefit from 100% no-touch operations with dry van freight across all 48 states, including specialized routes for increased efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings between $1,600 to $1,800 with a competitive rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, alongside a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, providing diverse dry van freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
