Job Summary- (Se requiere CHHA)
Estamos buscando un(a) Cuidador(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, usted marcará una diferencia en la vida de personas mayores y personas con discapacidades al mejorar su calidad de vida. Las responsabilidades incluyen asistencia con necesidades de higiene, tareas ligeras del hogar y diligencias, administración de medicamentos y otras tareas que mejoran el entorno y los estándares de vida del cliente. El candidato ideal es paciente, compasivo y confiable.
Responsibilities
- Asistir con las necesidades de higiene personal y el vestirse
- Ayudar con la movilidad, caminar y ejercicios de terapia física
- Preparar comidas y refrigerios
- Realizar tareas ligeras de limpieza del hogar
- Administrar medicamentos
- Brindar compañía
- Ayudar con diligencias y compras
Qualifications
- Se requiere CHHA
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como Cuidador(a), Asistente de Salud en el Hogar o un rol similar
- Certificación en primeros auxilios y RCP
- Conocimiento de tareas básicas de limpieza del hogar y habilidades de cocina
- Capacidad para cumplir con todas las normas de salud y seguridad
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados
- Compasivo(a), respetuoso(a), ético(a)
