Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Key responsibilities:

• Safely haul and secure flatbed loads, including tarping and proper tie-downs.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain ELD/logbook compliance.
• Work with dispatch on efficient routing, pickups and delivery timelines.
• Keep equipment in serviceable condition and follow DOT cargo securement rules.

Compensation is 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own within one year on 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Drivers have pet/rider privileges, 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive.
