Job Description

• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes for commercial banking business lines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Prepare detailed financial models to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vice President of FP&A for Commercial Banking Business Lines should have:
