All of which enables more people to protect their financial futures. Our success is driven by a commitment to three core values: be bold, team up, deliver value – and that we do. Zinnia has over $180 billion in assets under administration, serves 100+ carrier clients, 2500 distributors and partners, and over 2 million policyholders.

WHO YOU ARE:

You're a strong executor who thrives in ambiguity and keeps teams moving forward. You care about good UX, know how to work with design to ship clean and accessible interfaces, and can translate vision into practical, user-friendly solutions. You're a clear communicator and a collaborative partner across teams. You’ll join the MyPolicyView team to help deliver the roadmap for Zinnia’s consumer-facing experience focused on reducing operational cost and empowering consumers to manage their policies digitally. In this role, you’ll work across engineering, design, user research, operations, client success, and carrier partners to ensure seamless delivery of features that provide real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product enhancements

  • Partner with design and research teams to ensure we’re delivering polished, accessible, and intuitive UI/UX

  • Translate complex product requirements into clear documentation, tickets, and acceptance criteria

  • Collaborate across internal stakeholders (Ops, Client Success, Compliance, etc.) to gather inputs and align on solutions

  • Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying user needs, market trends, and feedback from internal partners

  • Ensure new features are delivered with quality and clarity, including participating in user testing, UAT, and rollout planning

  • Communicate product updates clearly across audiences included from internal teams to external carrier stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products

  • Strong track record of execution in cross-functional environments

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with design and research teams to shape great user experiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA

  • Comfort working with technical partners and understanding APIs and systems at a high level

  • Familiarity with the life & annuity industry is a plus, but not required
