We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of surveying experience , a valid driver’s license , and a clean driving record . This role requires expertise in land surveying, construction layout, and precision measurements to support various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and construction staking to ensure accurate project execution.
• Utilize surveying instruments and software to collect and analyze data.
• Interpret and verify engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications .
• Establish elevation points, boundary lines, and reference markers for construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards .
• Maintain accurate survey records and reports .
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams .

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction surveying.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record .
• Proficiency in Leica surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, grading, and site layouts .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
