• Provide Primary Care Services in outpatient offices
• Willingness to float between office locations throughout Southern NJ
• Maintain availability to work approximately 8-12 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed; hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on organizational needs

Our primary care team is supported by an interdisciplinary staff of medical assistants, LPNs, health coaches, and community health workers.
