We're hiring multiple ambitious consultants to join our Cherry Hill Township, NJ team and meet with homeowners throughout South Jersey.

Your compensation is directly tied to your sales performance, with an earning potential of $150,000 - $250,000/year! You'll typically work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday , with some evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customers' schedules.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DESIGN CONSULTANT

• Positive and motivated attitude
• Goal-driven mindset and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to travel to homes throughout South Jersey (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, etc.)

Experience meeting with homeowners and closing deals would be a plus!

YOUR NEW ROLE

Our Design Consultants are the face of our business, and you'll professionally represent our company as you meet with homeowners to learn about their home remodeling desires. Motivated to bring new jobs to our books, you'll travel to homes throughout South Jersey, build rapport with prospective clients, and present tailored solutions for their unique needs.

You'll take photos, document information, and truly listen to what homeowners are looking for from their remodels. Once you've gained the homeowner's trust and obtained their approval for the project, you'll draw up the sales contract and get the ball rolling for their new remodels!
