Behavior Specialist (BCBA)
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Dover , New Jersey , for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)
- Excellent Compensation
- Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
- Hours: 8:15am-2:40pm
- Pay: $60-$70 hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
- Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
- NJ BCBA license
- 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
