The Role
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to serve as Vice President, US Co-Branded Credit Card – Wyndham Rewards. Reporting to the SVP, Financial Partnerships, this role is responsible for setting and executing the strategy for the Wyndham Rewards US co-branded credit card portfolio in partnership with Barclays. The VP will lead all aspects of the program, including P&L management, partner relationship, product innovation, acquisition and usage growth, and portfolio optimization. This individual will be a key driver in driving ancillary revenue, enhancing customer loyalty, maximizing cardholder value, and ensuring long-term sustainable growth for both Wyndham and our co-brand partner.
What you'll do
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Wyndham Rewards US co-branded credit card program.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and spend.
- Maintain full P&L accountability and drive performance to meet or exceed key financial and customer KPIs.
- Manage various internal audit requirements and controls, serving as strategic liaison across key stakeholder teams across finance, accounting, internal audit, and external partners.
- Translate Wyndham Rewards’ broader loyalty strategy into actionable product and marketing plans.
Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner with Barclays and Visa.
- Lead cross-functional governance forums and working groups to ensure alignment and performance.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, brand, loyalty marketing, and analytics to ensure partner accountability and mutual success.
- Support and elevate partnerships with bank issuers, payment networks, and other potential strategic partners.
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Drive innovative go-to-market and evergreen marketing campaigns to accelerate card acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to execute integrated, brand-aligned campaigns across all channels (digital, in-hotel, email, etc.) and performance tracking.
- Leverage data insights to target high-value members and optimize performance across segments.
- Oversee credit card program reporting and analytics—optimize and automate reports, address gaps, and establish scalable tools/processes.
Product Innovation
- Continuously assess market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscape to evolve the product value proposition.
- Lead product enhancements, pricing decisions, and benefit strategies that drive customer satisfaction and differentiation.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
- Build internal influence and cross-functional support for co-brand initiatives across Wyndham’s business units.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in credit card partnerships, loyalty, product management, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing a large-scale, co-branded credit card program or strategic financial partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and influence high-profile strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and portfolio growth targets.

Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 30% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan. In addition, this role is eligible to participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan.
