Pay: $50$60/hr $1725$2070 weekly

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology for an exciting job in Neptune NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive and ongoing assessments for adult oncology patients.

• Develop implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.

• Provide therapeutic nursing interventions for leukemia lymphoma and high-acuity oncology cases.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Accurately document all assessments interventions and outcomes per clinical standards.

• Prioritize and respond to patient needs in a timely manner.

• Uphold evidence-based nursing practices and support continuous improvement in care delivery.

• Deliver compassionate patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards.

• Float to assigned units within scope as needed.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of acute adult oncology experience (inpatient).

• ASN required; BSN preferred.

• Active NJ RN license or multistate compact license.

• BLS (AHA) required.

• Telemetry certification preferred.

• ONS chemotherapy certification required (preferred but mandatory per job scope).
