A manufacturing company known for its smart technologies is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in NJ. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in WMS systems.

• Temp to Hire
• Pay: $25 - 28/hr

Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred .
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or distributions operations is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using WMS Systems
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, delegating daily assignments, tracking performance, and ensuring operational objectives are met.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and stock movement.
• Monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) activities to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely order processing.
• Coordinate with transportation carriers (i.e. Fedex, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, etc.) as well as internal departments to resolve shipment issues and maintain efficient distribution operations.
• Track key performance metrics, conduct quality audits, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through performance feedback, mentoring, and cross-functional training opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Location: East Brunswick, NJ

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm
