WHAT TO EXPECT AS THE OPERATIONS MANAGERAs the Operations Manager with Owen Health Care Inc. , you will play a pivotal role in closely monitoring and supervising cases assigned to the agency for Support Coordination. Your LCSW background and supervisory experience will be instrumental in ensuring that new plans are submitted promptly, existing plans are regularly reviewed, and all renewal plans are completed efficiently. You will be responsible for guaranteeing organizational compliance with legal, regulations, and accreditation standards, while also establishing and overseeing processes for monitoring and measuring performance improvement activities. Leading quality improvement initiatives like treatment team meetings and in-service education will be part of your daily tasks, in addition to participating in an on-call schedule. Your professionalism and dedication to excellence will shine as you provide direction and coordination in this dynamic role.
