ResponsibilitiesLead our Toms River office by setting clear objectives and fostering a positive, productive office culture.
Recruit, mentor, and train a growing team of sales professionals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth and expand our presence throughout the Atlantic district.
Manage high-level client accounts and serve as a senior advisor for complex insurance portfolios.
Represent the company at local community events and build lasting partnerships with area business leaders.
Oversee the daily operational integrity of the agency to ensure we remain compliant and efficient.
RequirementsActive New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or agency leadership.
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the local New Jersey market and regulatory landscape.
Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in modern CRM and lead management software.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
