Walmart Connect (the advertising network arm for Walmart) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, ad tech partners, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Partner Benefits to build strategy and oversee the execution of Walmart Connect Partner Incentives and Joint Business Plans. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for demonstrated performance in a constantly changing, ambiguous environment, and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.The Sr. Manager, Partner Benefits [who reports into the Director of Partner Network] will develop and oversee ideation and execution of various partner incentive programs targeted to specific partner cohorts of geographies. This person is also responsible for developing commercial and strategic benefits for partner joint business plans. This role will work cross-functionally internally on execution with a focus on creating solutions to drive mutual growth and success.

What you'll do...

• Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
• Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to develop benefits that continue to raise the bar on joint business plans to strengthen partner relationships
• Lead discovery sessions both internally and externally to determine partner needs for mutually beneficial benefit and incentive creation
• Design, manage, and optimize incentive programs to motivate and reward partner performance
• Work with broader business teams to ensure alignment with strategies and approaches
• Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day-to-day and in quarterly business review format
• Identify trends and evolving needs, develop programmatic tools and resources to improve efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of advertising, ad tech, retail, and partnerships
• Ability to develop and get alignment for strategic plans in a new space
• Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communication in a succinct manner
• Ability to work cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally/externally
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• BA/BS with excellent academic performance (or equivalent experience)
• Deep passion building great products, startups, developer/partner ecosystem and the business of innovation
• Experience working with large datasets

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
