Busy Plaintiff's personal injury litigation firm seeks an experienced, pleasant, and well-spoken full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal, certificate strongly preferred. Seeking well-qualified candidates only.
Main responsibilities include:
- Correspondence with clients, experts, adversaries, and courts
- Phone work, calendaring, computer work, copying, and scanning
- Summons and Complaint Service
- Filing Affidavits of Service and Requests to Enter Defaults
- Medical Record Acquisition using a vendor's portal to track online
- Lien Acquisition, such as from Health Insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Motion assistance
Must have excellent typing and computer skills, as well as be able to multitask.
4+ years of plaintiff or defense personal injury law firm experience is highly preferred.
Job offers 401k, Profit Sharing, Pension Plan and health insurance contribution after vesting periods.
