Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Work Environment
Fast‑paced customer care and call center environment supporting customers via phone, email, SMS, chat, and written communications while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Schedule
• Six weeks of paid, fully on‑site training, Monday–Friday
• Weeks 1–3: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weeks 4–6: Start times between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Post‑training primary shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Call center hours:
– Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
– Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One Saturday worked per month
• One additional Saturday worked per quarter
• Schedules awarded through regular shift bids based on tenure and performance
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour
Duration: 6‑month Contract‑to‑Hire

About the Role
The Customer Care Specialist delivers high‑quality customer service with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. This role involves supporting customers while navigating multiple systems in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service across inbound, outbound, and written interactions. Navigate customer, patient, and prescriber profiles accurately across systems. Adapt communication style to each interaction. Collaborate with team members across operations. Maintain accurate documentation and a positive, professional attitude.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfort working in a call center or customer‑facing environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong data entry and administrative skills. Willingness to obtain a pharmacy technician license.
