The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and achieving both short- and long-term brand objectives and strategies for their business, including financial targets and brand equity protection. Job Description
- Develop and implement the brand’s marketing plans, budget, and long-term financial strategies to achieve volume, profit, and spending objectives.
- Ensure top-line sales and bottom-line profit goals are met by overseeing the execution of brand strategies across the Brand Management team, cross-functional departments, and external vendors.
- Recognize and evaluate the profitability and revenue impact of business opportunities to support brand growth.
- Partner with the Innovation Director and Managers to develop and execute a 3–5-year New Product Development (NPD) strategy aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Manage, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports, junior marketing staff, and cross-functional peers.
- Set and communicate clear performance standards, while fostering a culture that reflects the organization’s values, balanced workload, and effective delegation.
- Allocate resources across the brand to optimize overall performance; assess risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Lead and coordinate multiple external partners and agencies to produce consumer and professional communication strategies in line with the brand direction.
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Technical Operations, Market Research, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Consumer Promotion to execute brand initiatives and implementation plans.
- Ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood, and consistently applied by all cross-functional partners.
- Support strategic brand plans that meet annual and long-term financial objectives while protecting brand equity and strengthening overall brand health.
- Key Working Relationships: Brand Team, Commercial Strategy, Customer Teams, Finance, Legal/Medical/Regulatory, Demand Planning, Product Supply, Innovation, Media, E-commerce, AI, Senior Leadership, and External Agencies.

Education/Training/Certifications
- BS/BA with 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment
- Preferred: MBA with 3 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment ·
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
- Shift: 08:00 AM
- Hybrid Work Schedule
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary : $123.50 to $131.50 per hour based on qualifications.
