We're growing! New Jersey's premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is looking for a full-time, highly motivated and skilled Electrician to join our team of 550+ dedicated professionals. Successful candidates will have a background in electrical systems and be capable of performing a variety of tasks, including installation, maintenance, and report of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. The Electrician must ensure that all work performed complies with applicable codes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
- Must adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Experience and ability to read and follow blueprints, technical diagrams to determine proper placement of outlets, circuits, wiring
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, including understanding their needs and communicating solutions to them
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Prepare cost estimates for customers and track project budgets
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Electrical experience REQUIRED (commercial and residential)
- Ability to work in various work environments, including confined spaces, heights, outdoors
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
- Strong bias for safety and the ability to follow all established safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future (no sponsorship available)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have completed an electrical apprenticeship program and/or vocational training
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must!
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of Employees and external contacts (customers, General Contractors)
- Must possess a valid Electrician's License, as required by state and local regulations
- Certification in specific areas such as low voltage, HVAC, or renewable energy systems a major plus!
Hours:
- Monday - Friday, day shift, evenings and weekends as needed
Comp:
- $35+/hr, commensurate with experience
