Dental Customer Service Representative - Dental Experience Required
## Dental Customer Service Representative – (Remote | Full-Time)
**Location:** Remote
**Salary:** Up to **$1,000 USD/month**
**Start Date:** ASAP (Target: Mid-February)
**Reports to:** Customer Service Manager
### **About the Role**
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing dental lab operations. In this role, you will communicate with U.S.-based dental offices via phone, email, and text to assist with case status, shipping updates, and general workflow inquiries.
This position is essential in ensuring quick response times, reliable phone coverage, and excellent customer service for our dental partners.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound phone calls from dental offices during U.S. business hours
* Respond promptly to emails and text messages from clients
* Assist with case status updates, shipping inquiries, and workflow questions
* Log all communications accurately and follow internal SOPs
* Escalate complex or urgent issues to the Customer Service Manager
* Provide support for overflow calls and inbox coverage
### **Performance Expectations**
* Maintain 95% phone pickup rate during business hours
* Return missed calls within 5 minutes
* Respond to emails and texts within 15 minutes during business hours
### **Requirements**
* Dental industry experience required (dental lab or dental office)
* Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
* Strong phone, email, and text customer service skills
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Quiet home office setup suitable for taking calls
* Highly organized, responsive, and dependable
### **Nice to Have**
* Experience supporting U.S.-based dental offices
* Familiarity with dental terminology such as crowns, implants, scans, and shades
