We're looking for a Companion Care Aide who brings patience, personality, and purpose to every visit.
Responsibilities- Be a consistent, trusted presence in a client's life helping with daily routines, providing encouragement, sharing a meal, and making independence feel possible.
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship.
- Prepare light meals and coach clients with daily tasks.
- Assist with technology such as phones, apps, and answering machines.
- Accompany clients on errands or appointments.
- Reinforce home programs with a coaching mindset.
- Experience in caregiving, companion care, or a related field.
- Patient, reliable, and genuinely people-oriented.
- Warm communication skills and ability to adapt to each client's personality.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable, please advise if adjustments are needed).
- Take pride in consistency clients count on you showing up.
