Plastipak Manufacturing Technicians maintain & operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers in a clean & safe work environment. Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.

Pay: $23/hr, plus shift premium for nights

Schedule:

• Days: 6:30am-7pm ​​ (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
• Nights: 6:30pm-7am (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
• 1st Shift: 6:30am-3pm (Mon-Fri)

As a Manufacturing Technician, You Will:

• Operate blow molding production equipment in a safe manner

• Monitor production & make adjustments to equipment, as needed

• Perform a variety of tasks, such as inspect & remove plastic containers with visual defects or packaging products for distribution

• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

To be a Manufacturing Technician, You'll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.

• At least 1 year Mechanical/Technical experience in a manufacturing setting

• Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
