This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and driving key financial initiatives.

What You'll Do:
As Controller, you'll be responsible for a wide range of critical financial functions, including:
- Financial Reporting & Close : Manage the entire financial close process and ensure the accurate, timely preparation of financial statements.
- Internal Controls & Policies : Develop and implement robust internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Tax Compliance : Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including planning and preparing tax returns.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting : Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as ad-hoc reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Planning : Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with departments like Operations, Sales, and HR, offering financial support and analysis to optimize overall business performance.
- Compliance & Improvement : Stay current with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
- Audit Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external auditors.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a results-oriented professional with a strong financial background and proven leadership skills.
- Experience : At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience , including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role .
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in managing all facets of a financial function.
- Expertise : In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
- Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Organization : Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in ERP systems and other relevant accounting software.
- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
