BG Staffing is hiring an experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-managed apartment community in Hamilton Township, NJ. This is a full-time role offering stability, a consistent schedule, and a healthy work-life balance—no burnout culture and manageable work orders.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
- Work Week: 40 hours/week
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, including:
- General maintenance and troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance
- Unit turns and common area upkeep
- Maintain apartments to company standards with safety and quality in mind
- Ensure work orders remain organized and manageable
Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Prior apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
