Business & Technology Mgr, AI
- Partner with product management, line-of-business (LOB) leaders, and regional commercial teams to translate complex technical requirements into development of strategic plans and execute prioritized initiatives that support business objectives and drive financial growth and market share gains in the AI sector.
- Work closely with Product Management to develop and implement growth strategies that expand the business unit’s footprint in the AI market, including the creation of a dedicated portfolio of products tailored for AI applications.
- Build and maintain market intelligence and industry networks to assess the market potential for products, identify key customers and their operations, track major competitors, and engage with influential academic and industry organizations.
- Proactively monitor business and technical trends within assigned market segments and develop strategic plans to address product gaps, including the creation of technical roadmaps and strategies to close knowledge gaps.
- Develop and present business cases to support investment decisions by the business unit for initiatives such as asset acquisition, new product development, product modifications, or exploration of new applications.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to drive the adoption of newly commercialized products by:
- Delivering initial and ongoing training to commercial teams on product value propositions
- Identifying target applications and key customers
- Coordinating with relevant commercial personnel to support product qualifications
- Tracking commercial pipeline growth following product launch
- Planning and executing promotional and technical communication strategies to support market introduction
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (i.e. engineering, sciences, etc.) from a four-year college or university.
- 5 to 7 years related experience in business development, technical sales, or product line management.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Well established network of relationships in the electronic assembly industry.
- Must abide by all Company policies/procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations.
- Must be able to travel up to 40% of working time.
- Thorough understanding of the Company’s products and procedures.
- Possess well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Address inquiries and resolve problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers.
- Present a professional attitude and handle confidential information according to non-disclosure guidelines.
- Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment.
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office

- The typical base salary range for this position is between $124,587.00-$186,881.00 annually.
