Locum Urologist Opportunity - Flexible Block Scheduling - Northeastern U.S.
A respected regional medical center is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist for ongoing inpatient locum coverage with a flexible block scheduling model and strong clinical support.
This opportunity offers a balanced mix of onsite daytime coverage and low-burden overnight call, making it an attractive option for physicians seeking consistent supplemental income or a recurring locums assignment.
Opportunity Highlights- 24-hour shifts available
- Daytime onsite coverage with overnight remote call
- Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling
- Minimum 5-shift blocks preferred
- Manageable inpatient consult volume
- OR support from experienced APPs/midlevel providers
- Collaborative hospital environment
- Ongoing coverage need
- 7A7P: In-house clinical coverage
- 7P7A: Remote call coverage with occasional emergency callback if needed
- MD/DO
- Active state medical license required
- Current DEA and controlled substance registration required
- Comfortable managing inpatient consults and urgent urologic issues independently
