Location: Hillside, NJ
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production environment where temperatures can vary throughout the day, from refrigerated areas to warmer production zones.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare food products according to company standards

• Assemble products on a fast-paced production line

• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy

• Label, sort, and pack finished products

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area

• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required

• Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but not required

• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from very cold refrigerated areas to warm production environments

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Must follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
