Documentation Coordinator

Job Title : Documentation Coordinator

Location : Branchburg, NJ

Contractor Work Model : Onsite

Hours : M-F 40 hrs/wk

Compensation : $30.00/hr

Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent



Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company documentation systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards
• Support teams with document organization and archiving
• Coordinate document reviews and updates
• Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality

• 0–5 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices
  
  

• Experience with document control systems preferred (i.e. SAP, TrackWise, Monday.com)
• The need for a candidate who is computer-savvy, possesses strong attention to detail, and understands databases and computer skills.
• A background in regulatory environments, such as pharmaceuticals or diagnostics, would be a plus, as it helps with understanding documentation and regulatory aspects.
