We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team as an integral part! You will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience, as well as managing e-commerce order fulfillment, packing, and shipping orders to customers from our warehouse. This is a great opportunity to join a high-end boutique selling English bone china and vintage jewelry.

You will be working in our store and in our warehouse for this position.

Hours may be flexible depending on our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs to create an excellent in-store experience
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory and orders to ensure the product is in stock to fulfill an order
• Enter and process inventory, customer orders, discounts, and sales
• Pack and ship orders from our warehouse when necessary.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience is required!
• Must be able to learn the terminology, description, and quality of our products
• Must commit to customer service and be open to direction and support
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
