A growing textile manufacturing operation is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily assembly and sewing operations within a fast-paced production environment.
This onsite opportunity offers $51,000-$60,000 and is ideal for candidates with embroidery industry experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, and experience leading production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production, assembly, and sewing operations
- Manage and support a production team of approximately 20 employees
- Coordinate production planning and scheduling to reduce material shortages
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve quality concerns
- Ensure production efficiency, workflow accuracy, and product quality
- Become a subject matter expert in banner and flag assembly and finishing operations
Requirements:
- Experience in the embroidery industry
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience managing or supervising production teams of 20+ employees
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with production scheduling and manufacturing workflows
Preferred:
- Textile or sewing manufacturing experience
- Banner or flag manufacturing experience
Compensation & Details:
- $51,000-$60,000 compensation range
