MAX Fitness & Wellness is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to lead and motivate our members through high-energy, 45-minute workouts while providing nutrition support aligned with our proven program. We’re seeking individuals who lead by example, bring great energy into the room, and genuinely want to make a difference in the lives of others.

What You’ll Do as a MAX Group Fitness Instructor

• Lead and motivate members through high-energy, 45-minute classes using the MAX Fitness & Wellness formula

• Provide exercise modifications to accommodate all ages, fitness levels, and injury or health considerations

• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment that reflects MAX Fitness & Wellness values and culture

• Engage members by name and build personal connections during every class, both in-person and virtual

• Coach members toward achieving their individual health and fitness goals

• Provide MAX Fitness & Wellness nutrition support throughout challenges and at designated nutrition phases

• Celebrate member milestones and achievements

• Demonstrate preparedness, reliability, and professionalism

• Consistently embody the spirit of MAX Fitness & Wellness through passion, positivity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to change lives

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Current AED/CPR certification

• 1–3 years of group fitness instruction experience

• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills

• A natural ability to build rapport and connect with people

• A basic understanding of nutrition

Schedule

• Part-time | Flexible

• Classes held Monday–Friday

  • Early mornings: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Evenings: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Occasional weekends requested, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$40 per class
  (includes 15 minutes before and after class)
