We have an immediate RN staffing need and looking to set up interviews this week!

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Developing an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
• Maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
• Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Managing and/or Administering medications, and Wound Care
• Reporting changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.
• Initiating referrals as needed to other health team members.
• Supervisory Visits with CHHAs and CHHA skills training

What we’re looking for:

• 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm, or 9am - 5pm, or 10am -6pm
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Reliable transportation and willing to commute to clients' homes.
• Caring, empathetic, friendly and dynamic personality.
