Pay Range: $22.95 - $29.32 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Organize and administers individualized age specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Provides care in outpatient/ hospital settings including but not limited to OB/GYN Clinic, High Risk Infant Follow Up and Pediatric Clinics as needed. Provides and assists with outpatient care including data entry, record keeping, and compliance with insurance requirements. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to asses each patient s age specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care. Assists with maintenance of supplies, linen, ordering, and identifies, and the physical environment. Prepares necessary forms and charts, filing and retrieving, restock exam rooms.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school graduate
• Experience with computer/data entry and manage care systems
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs

Preferred:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
