The Role

We are looking for a General Manager who is a true hospitality leader—someone who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving business performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from service excellence to financial results. This role requires a leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

• Build, develop, and motivate high-performing FOH & BOH teams
• Hire, train, and coach team members and managers
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture

Drive Operations Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Ensure top-tier food quality, service standards, and ambiance
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations

Own the Business

• Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
• Manage labor, COGS, and operating expenses
• Analyze P&L and key performance metrics
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience

• Lead from the floor and engage with guests
• Build strong relationships within the local community
• Partner with marketing to execute events and promotions
• Grow private dining and events business

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership across both FOH & BOH
• Proven track record driving sales and profitability
• Solid financial acumen (P&L, labor, cost control)
• Strong communication and team development skills
• Hands-on, energetic, hospitality-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• Medical, dental and vision insurance
