Sales Coordinator - Remote | WFH
Maintain Sales & Marketing Resources: Keep the Sales & Marketing Hub up-to-date with brand materials, rosters, and tools.
Manage Product Data: Ensure accurate product data in major databases (Cerebro, AccurateConversion, Hybris) by entering and proofing information.
Support Sales Strategies: Provide operational support for new program execution and RFPs.
Handle Data Management: Support product changes, additions, and discontinuations in various tools.
Assist National Accounts: Process sample requests and provide program and data management support for large National Account homecares.
Coordinate Tradeshows: Plan and coordinate regional tradeshows, and manage budgets.
Process Payments: Work with SAP to create POs and process payments.
What You'll Bring to the Table: Experience: Two-Three years of experience in general office administration.
Education: High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a plus).
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive Attitude: A strong sense of urgency and initiative.
Team Player: Ability to work comfortably with diverse teams.
Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate effective solutions.
