Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with current CCC certification and state school licensure is needed to support elementary students on a contracted leave basis in Edison, NJ. This opportunity allows for focused intervention in a dynamic, school-based setting where you will directly impact young learners' communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific communication needs.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school district and state standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state.
• Experience in an elementary school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and school-based therapy delivery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
