The Opportunity: We are seeking passionate and energetic Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team to provide ABA therapy to families in Fanwood/Scotch Plains, NJ and surrounding/neighboring towns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a schedule (10-25 hours per week) that works for you while enjoying a supportive, flexible and collaborative work environment. If you are a BT/RBT pursuing your BCBA certification, we provide free and quality supervision across invaluable and varied opportunities as a Student Analyst so that you can gain experience consulting in the homes, schools and community settings.

Position Requirements/Preferences:

• At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with Autism (required)
• Some ABA experience/training (preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred but not required) . Must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire (required)
• Able to commit at least 8 hours per week (required)
• ideally seeking someone who wants to work 15-30 hours per week ( preferred )
• Has some after-school/after 3pm availability ( required ); preference for those with a mix of both daytime and after-school availability

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy with clients in homes, communities and daycare settings.
• Run individualized treatment plans to address behavior and teach skill acquisition
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.

• Opportunities to run social skills groups with 2-6 clients
