A well-established, medium-sized law firm located in Ocean County is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice.

Our firm focuses on a diverse and engaging range of practice areas, including:

• Local Government Representation
• Workers’ Compensation
• Personal Injury
• Insurance Defense
• Workers’ Compensation
• Municipal Prosecuting

We are open to both newly admitted attorneys and experienced practitioners. This position offers meaningful hands-on experience, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Handling litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Court appearances, motion practice, and discovery
• Representing municipalities, public entities, insurers, and private clients
• Legal research, writing, and client communication

Qualifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or pending admission)
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Interest in public sector and litigation-based practice areas
