**Aerotek is hiring a Solar Installer with Weekly PA in Paramus, NJ!** **Job Description** Join our team as a Solar Installer where you will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical installations. You will work on various commercial projects, focusing on solar energy systems,custom roofing, and electrical design solutions. **Responsibilities** + Assist in solar installations on flat roofs of water tanks, ensuring safety with a 42-inch handrail around the perimeter. + Perform both electrical and mechanical installations. + Collaborate with a team of skilled solar installers and laborers to complete projects efficiently and effectively. **Essential Skills** + Experience in solar installations, preferably in commercial settings. + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical installation procedures. + Comfortable working at heights, specifically on flat rooftops. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in solar energy, electrical, and construction projects. + Familiarity with rooftop installations is an advantage. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, life insurance options, and more. You will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. The role requires working on rooftops, so comfort with heights is necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Paramus, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
