Responsibilities:

• Conducting inventory counts, meticulously documenting serial numbers, and providing detailed reports via chat.
• Monitoring and managing battery inventory levels.
• Update and maintain inventory reports using Excel sheets and the LightSpeed system.
• Ensuring continuous availability of parts and accessories through timely replenishment in stores.
• Efficiently handling incoming deliveries by sorting items, placing them in designated areas, and carefully packaging delicate items such as motors, cups/glasses, and parts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including regular trash disposal.
• Arranging bicycles systematically in their designated areas for easy access and storage.
• Performing monthly comprehensive inventory audits to track goods accurately.
• Identify and report any damaged products through Excel reporting.
• Adhering to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counting goods.
• Ability to effectively communicate and report information in the chat.
• Flexibility and willingness to perform other tasks as required.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Russian can be a good plus
